Nominations open for the Equity Release Awards
One awards scheme. Two processes.

Nominations have now opened for the 2024 Equity Release Awards.

In order to ensure transparency and robustness, we approach the provider and non-provider categories slightly differently.

Provider categories

  1. There are no self nominations within the provider categories – in the first stage of the process these will be nominated for by a panel of 50 adviser firms.
  2. Each firm will nominate their top five companies and the top three nominated firms will make up the shortlist in each category.
  3. The shortlist will then be asked to submit a testimonial based around specific criteria.
  4. The winning firm will be selected from this top three by our industry judging panel on the 29 November. They will use both their market knowledge and these testimonials to determine the winners.

Individual and non-provider categories

  1. You can still nominate a company or an individual in the non-provider categories who you think are worthy of recognition for their achievements over the last 12 months.
  2. For these categories, a shortlist will be drawn up based on the overall number of nominations, with a weighting applied to the source of those nominations. More emphasis is placed on nominations received from outside of the nominated company.
  3. The shortlist will then be asked to submit a testimonial based around specific criteria.
  4. The winning firm will be selected from this top three by our industry judging panel on the 29 November. They will use both their market knowledge and these testimonials to determine the winners.
