Barclays intermediary business director Rogers to step down
Dave Rogers, Barclays intermediary business director, has left the firm after around 13 years in various senior roles.

In a LinkedIn post, Rogers said that his 13 years at Barclays has been an “amazing period of my career” and he was “thankful for the many opportunities and experiences I have had”.

He continued: “I decided to take some time over the summer to spend with my family which was amazing, but the time has come, and I am now looking forward to new challenges and opportunities.

“Throughout my time at Barclays, I have had the pleasure of working with some amazing people, led fantastic teams that created real success stories, shared many experiences which I will never forget. I’d like to thank everyone for the friendship, guidance, council and support you have given me over the years.”

Rogers started his career at Barclays in 2010 as head of specialist advice and regulated customer advice for around three years before moving on to optimization director and performance director for intermediaries for one year and two years respectively.

After that, he was head of mortgages at Barclays Wealth Management for around a year and then went on to become intermediary partnership director at Barclays between 2017 and 2020.

He took on the role of intermediary business director in 2020.

Barclays declined to comment and did not confirm who would take over Rogers role.
