Mortgage Hut in Property Circle partnership
The Mortgage Hut has partnered with Property Circle in a move aimed at boosting its lead generation and efficiency.

The Mortgage Hut is an independent mortgage broker based in London. The deal will see the broker benefit from the automated lead generation system and client app provided by Property Circle.

Property Circle launched its lead generation system last month. The platform can integrate with existing CRMs and regularly review the mortgage of clients, pinpointing LTV changes as well as when better products become available. 

Nicola Schutrups (pictured), managing director of The Mortgage Hut, said that retention rates were crucial for building a successful mortgage brokerage, but suggested that few advisers really have time to review every client, every month in order to ensure that they still have the best possible mortgage available to them.

She continued: “We have always sought to integrate leading-edge technology to work alongside our great team to deliver great service, so it was a straightforward decision to select Property Circle. Their LeadGen system means we won’t miss any mortgage opportunity and their integrated app means our clients will always know if they have the best mortgage deal.”

Marc Randall, CEO of Property Circle, praised The Mortgage Hut for being a “progressive broker” and suggested that the technology would mean brokers were able to get more out of their time.

He added: “We want to empower brokers to spend more time working on the business rather than in it and this is one of the ways we make brokers’ lives easier.”
