Sesame, Openwork and Personal Touch complaint numbers rise
Sesame, Openwork and Personal Touch saw the number of complaints against them rise in the final half of last year, according to data compiled by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Sesame received 1,978 complaints in the last half of 2012, up from 1,509 in the first half of the year, an increase of 31%.

Restricted network Openwork had 710 complaints opened in the last half of 2012, up from 647 in the first half of the year, a rise of 9.7%.

Personal Touch Financial Services had 523 complaints against it opened in the second half of last year. There are no figures for the first half of 2012, which means the company received fewer than 500 complaints.

Barclays bank has been named as the FCA’s most complained about firm for the second half of last year.
