CMME brings out self-employed mortgage scheme
Mortgage advisory firm CMME has brought out a scheme designed for self-employed mortgage advisers.

The firm has plans to build and expand its mortgage broker network to 50 self-employed advisers within the next 12 months.

The company was bought by OneDome Group and the acquisition means CMME can access leads from property listing websites onedome.com and nethouseprices.com with combined traffic of 1.2 million to three million.

Brokers will also be able to access over 7,500 estate agents as introducers through OneDome, and can access CMME’s team of paraplanners.

CMME said that it would pay the highest gross and net pay away rate in the industry and can offer 12 per cent higher revenue per protection contract sold.

OneDome and CMME said that it would also offer top-tier tech products, including tech platforms, which will ensure “automation, seamless integration with various solutions, and complete visibility of the entire mortgage and conveyancing process, including chain view which is unique and proprietary to OneDome Group”.
