Paul Brett has launched a mortgage consultancy firm to support professionals across the sector.
Paul Brett is the former managing director of intermediaries at Landbay and will help businesses with their growth while assisting business leaders in building on their skills.
He has extensive experience in the mortgage sector, having worked at Landbay for seven years before announcing his departure in November last year.
Before this, he was director of business development at Foundation Home Loans for two years, and prior to that was director of sales at MSL for a year and a half. Brett also worked at luxury asset lender Borro as a business development director for three years, where he helped launch the firm to the intermediary market.
The firm, BTS Consult and Coach, will be led by Brett and offer services tailored to the challenges faced by individual mortgage businesses.

She is an NCTJ-trained journalist and was nominated for the Headline Money Awards Mortgage Journalist of the Year in 2021.
In her spare time, Shekina likes to read, travel, listen to music and socialise with friends.
She currently reports on current events in the mortgage market and liaises with financial clients to produce sponsored content.
