Alison began her career as an assistant to deputy leader of the Labour Party Roy Hattersley, rising to advise Nick Raynsford Minister for Local Government for 12 years.
Seabeck became the MP for Plymouth Devonport in 2005 and was appointed Shadow Housing Minister in October 2010.
