Godiva’s Colin Franklin talks lending plans and robustly answers the critics
Colin Franklin, managing director of Coventry subsidiary Godiva Mortgages talks editor Victoria Hartley through the mutual's strategic product decisions and answers critics over accusations of risk averse underwriting.

Franklin also reveals plans to recruit more underwriters over the next six months  to strengthen its processing capabilities.
