Specialist lender igroup has announced the appointment of Greg Anderson and Pauline Langley to its senior management team. Anderson joins as the new director of quality, and Langley as customer relationship management leader. Before joining igroup, Langley spent eight years with GE Consumer Finance in customer relationship management roles, most recently as head of retail marketing. Her new responsibilities include customer retention across igroup, and advertising and marketing for Midland & General (M&G trading as Purpleloans). She will also further develop igroup’s cross-sell strategy. Anderson joins igroup from GE Supply Mexico where he was general manager, sales and operations. In his new role, he will be responsible for quality of service via parent company GE’s quality programme.

In response to increased demand from intermediaries, lender GMAC RFC, has appointed a new business development manager (BDM) and six new regional sales staff. David Tickle has been appointed as BDM. He joins from a previous GMAC RFC position as regional sales executive and will be responsible for overseeing GMAC RFC’s relationship with its Platinum Partners. The six new regional sales executives are Paul Huxter, Chris Fyfe, Amanda Steele, Neil Hallas, Dawn Teven and Rachel Oldfield. They will all be responsible for managing intermediary relationships, and will work across a number of UK regions.

All status lender Platform, the intermediary arm of Britannia Building Society, has added a new corporate relationship manager to its sales force. Paul Isaacs has been promoted internally and he will be responsible for maintaining and developing corporate accounts with mortgage networks and clubs. Prior to this Isaacs was a BDM at Platform, and before that Verso, covering the south coast region. He has 15 years mortgage industry experience, having previously worked for Network Data, Birmingham Midshires and The Mortgage Corporation in various sales positions.
