Countrywide Residential Lettings has announced plans to open up 150 offices in the UK, over the next 18 months.
The plans were revealed as Margaret Longden’s appointment was announced as the new co-managing director.
Longden will oversee the company’s expansion in the North and the Midlands.
Countrywide currently operates 1,300 branches and works with 50,000 tenants and landlords every year.
Nick Dunning, commercial director of Countrywide, said: “The next 12 months will be key as we continue to expand our lettings presence through acquisition and organic growth to generate annualized lettings revenue in excess of £100m across our 1,300 offices.”
