Leadbay launches lead delivery system

Leadbay has launched a delivery system which it said will help advisers receive leads more effectively.

The new system offers details of their lead through an encrypted PDF document which is password protected, adding a layer of extra security, said Leadbay.

The leads can be received by both text and email, and sent to more than one email address.

In larger firms, the leads will be integrated with an adviser’s database or CRM system so that both sales managers and individual advisers can track progress and conversion rates.

Grant Stevens, managing director of Leadbay, said: “This new lead delivery system further empowers the adviser and how he or she manages their leads.”

“Not only will they have much more control and visibility over the leads that they receive, but as every one can now be integrated with the advisers own CRM system, they will be able to track exactly what is happening with every customer and how much they have earned from each lead,” he added.
