Paradigm Mortgage Services has added Manchester Building Society to its lender panel for directly authorised (DAs) firms and appointed representatives (ARs) of its network Paradigm Financial Advisers (PFA).
Manchester Building Society’s range includes residential and buy-to-let deals, and will be available with immediate effect to Paradigm members.
The mutual’s product range includes 90% LTV mortgages, with arrangement fees from £495.
It also offers an 85% LTV deal for new-build house purchase, with a 5% builder incentive, and a bespoke self-employed product up to 80% LTV, offering five times single income.
Its buy-to-let range starts at 4.49%, with an arrangement fee of £495.
