The Dudley’s two-year discounted mortgages are available up to 75% LTV, with current rates of 2.75% with a £999 arrangement fee and 3.24% with no fee.
Both deals are available for purchase and remortgage, up to a maximum loan of £250,000, and have early repayment charges of 2% of the loan for both years of the discount.
