He starts on 1st July.
He will report to Ian Andrew, managing director of Nationwide Group Intermediary Sales. Salter has been with Nationwide since the launch of Nationwide for Intermediaries (NFI) in 2008 and has been regional sales manager for the South East during that time.
Prior to joining Nationwide he spent 19 years at C&G in a variety of roles, mainly in intermediary sales.
