Pink Home Loans is to rebrand as Pink Network in a move designed to reflect its move away from mortgages towards an all-round proposition.

Pink director Mark Graves made the announcement at the network’s annual conference in Oxfordshire today and unveiled a new logo (pictured) for the network to an audience of brokers.

The Pink Network has made the decision to rebrand after its members started to diversify into the protection and insurance sectors.

Graves said: “We sat down as a group and asked where we want to go as a network and what we were looking to do strategically in terms of our image.

“About four weeks ago we looked at some different ideas and we chose this new logo and brand to represent what Pink now offers.”

At the conference, Graves praised his network’s members for a dramatic increase in the quality of business submitted.

“We implemented a lot of changes to our network, and a lot of them were ahead of the market, but what we’ve seen in the last few months is a change in attitude from lenders and we are ahead of that curve.

“Every week we look at our brokers and send out disciplinary letters and where we used to have a few submitting poor cases we’ve only got one or two, and that’s unique in the industry.

“We grade our files from excellent to poor and the number of clients rated poor is the lowest it has been since I joined the company. It’s in single digits and that’s a testimony to what our brokers are doing.”
