The Mortgage and Finance Expo Scotland has finalised the list of speakers for its secured loans, commercial and bridging finance event.
Charles Haresnape, managing director for Aldermore Residential Mortgages and Robert Sinclair, chief executive of the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries will open the programme of talks on the Mortgage Market Review, the EU Credit Directive and challenger banks.
Adrian Moloney from Nationwide and The Mortgage Works will begin the afternoon session followed by a panel debate on the opportunities in the specialist mortgage market.
The event chaired by ex-PMS chairman John Malone, which has 36 exhibitors from across the mortgage bridging and secured loan industry, will take place on 20 March at The Corn Exchange in Edinburgh.
