Kathy Clark will be handling the London South area, having previously managed the Yorkshire Building Society branch on the King’s Road in Chelsea.
Sian Varone (pictured) will be responsible for the London North area. She comes from an underwriting background, and has worked closely with the Accord team for a number of years, with the lender crediting her as being “instrumental” in developing its approach to lending to contractors.
Adam Parker, who was previously a Yorkshire Building Society branch manager in Bromley, will be taking on the role of BDM for the Home Counties. He has worked for the group for the last 15 years.
Jeremy Duncombe , director of intermediaries at Accord, said over the last 12 months the lender had significantly increased the size of its sales team in order to offer as much value to its broker relationships as possible.
“In an ever-changing market, the BDM role is increasingly important, and the experience of Kathy, Sian and Adam will allow us to speak to more brokers face to face, and tailor our solutions to their needs,” he continued.
