Virgin Money appoints Martin as national accounts head as Goldie departs
Virgin Money has appointed Matt Martin as head of national accounts, taking over from Nicola Goldie (pictured) who is leaving the business.

 

Martin has worked at the firm for around five years, having initially joined as national account manager.

Prior to that he was national account manager at Lloyds Banking Group for around two years and  worked at Halifax for around 12 years in various roles including business development manager (BDM) for London and telephone BDM.

Goldie is understood to have left the firm for a role at a different lender.

She has worked at Virgin Money for around seven years, joining at national account manager in 2016 before taking on the head of national accounts role in 2018.

Before that she was national account manager for intermediaries at Lloyds Banking Group for nearly seven years and national key account manager for intermediaries insurance at HBOS for around two years.

Virgin Money confirmed that Goldie had left the business and that Martin would take on the role of head of national accounts.
