The pair will lead Aldermore’s in-field relationship managers to provide consistent service across the country.

Young has been with Aldermore for over three and a half years and was previously national account manager at Hodge.

Meanwhile, Beattie was profiled by Mortgage Solutions back in 2018, when he won the title of Best Specialist BDM at the British Specialist Lending Awards.

Beattie and Young will be responsible for implementing broker-focused propositions for their field-based teams in the north and south respectively.

They will focus on developing and managing their teams and will act as key stakeholders for the wider leadership team within Aldermore’s property division.
