Aldermore has brought out additional limited edition buy-to-let products to support landlords secure better deals for their portfolios.
The deals will be available from tomorrow at 9am.
Buy-to-let individual and company landlords with single residential investment properties can access a two-year fixed rate with a three per cent fee at 75 per cent loan to value (LTV) at 5.74 per cent.
The lender has also added a buy-to-let multi-property product for individual and company landlords with residential investment properties. It is a two-year fixed rate with a three per cent fee at 5.74 per cent at 75 per cent LTV.
