Brad Fordham, head of mortgages at Santander, is leaving his position after 28 years with the lender.
Fordham (picutred) was appointed to his most recent role in 2020, initially on an interim basis to replace Miguel Sard. Later that year his position was made permanent.
Fordham was part of Santander’s mortgage division when it was established in 2013 and was appointed managing director of Santander for Intermediaries (SFI).
A spokesperson for Santander said: “Brad Fordham has decided to leave Santander on 31 December after 28 years with the business to pursue new opportunities.
“His leadership and expertise have helped the bank sustain its position as one of the leading mortgage providers in the UK and he leaves with our very best wishes for the future as well as our thanks for the huge contribution he has made to our homes business.”
