Natwest has rolled out its new portal for all brokers registered with the lender, making it easier to submit and track new business applications.
The portal has a “new easy-to-use design and fewer questions, saving intermediaries time and is integrated with their internal systems increasing speed to offer”.
The lender has also added features following broker feedback including a decision in principle (DIP) certificate and improved case tracking.
The portal has a webpage with videos and frequently asked questions if brokers need support, and there is a specific broker hotline for portal-related queries.
Gary Sutherland, Natwest’s distribution director, said: “We’ve worked with brokers to make sure the technology truly supports a better user experience, and this investment will ultimately support a more seamless customer experience.
“We look forward to brokers using the new broker portal and their feedback so we can continue to make it easier and support them and their customers with mortgages.”
