Steve Jobs and other “lucky buggers”: A sketch of #TME2012
I attended the Nottingham Mortgage Event. I was interested to hear economist Andrew McPhillips claim he was a ‘more optimistic’ economist than most regarding the UK outlook, and then go on to explain why the country and world of mortgages still has much financial pain to bear.
I fear only slightly less optimism would have had delegates slashing their wrists and jumping from tall buildings!
