Poll: Has next week’s launch boosted Help to Buy enquiries?
Prime Minister David Cameron shocked the mortgage market when he announced the Help to Buy scheme was to be brought forward by three months.

Lloyds Banking Group and RBS Group will both offer products from launch but the latter sparked controversy when Mortgage Solutions revealed Help to Buy 2 products would be initially restricted to direct channels only.

Property portal Rightmove reported a fourfold increase in traffic to its Help to Buy pages following the announcement. So, the latest Mortgage Solutions People’s Poll asks brokers whether they have seen an upturn in enquiries.
