Since the financial crisis, building societies have often been seen as the most innovative lenders while banks stuck to ‘vanilla’ mortgages with automated underwriting.
The latest Mortgage Solutions People’s Poll asks brokers whether banks are achieving increased volumes through the launch of innovative new products.
