Other winners at the awards included Mortgage Call for top performing multi adviser firm, Nicki Juniper from Only Mortgages for Quality Standard Award and Gary Whitehead from Town & Country Mortgage Services for top performing mortgage adviser.
The awards, which are conducted annually, took place at Celtic Manor in Newport, with 220 guests attending the pre-awards conference.
The ‘top performing’ awards were judged based on commission levels within three regions, where brokers could see their position within the league tables published on the broker zone site.
In contrast, the ‘quality’ awards were based on a number of measures including ‘right first time’ compliance case checks, minimum commission levels and zero complaints.
