xit2, Searchflow and NLIS sold to TPG
Macdonald Dettwiler & Associates (MDA) has sold its information products division, including XIT2, Searchflow and NLIS, to TPG Capital.

The deal completed today and all three companies will sit within a newly-established holding company called Property Data Holdings.

The sale includes property data network xit2, conveyancing search service SearchFlow, and the National Land Information Service Hub in England and Wales, Millar and Bryce in Scotland, Rochford Brady in the Republic of Ireland, together with the joint venture company Wertwiser in Germany.

Stuart Pearce, president and CEO of Property Data UK, said: “The completion of the sale marks the opening of an exciting new chapter in the growth and development of our businesses. As well as continuing to deliver the highest levels of customer support for our existing services, we look forward to working with the market to invest in and launch innovative new products to drive ever more operational efficiencies and value.”
