The three-year fix is offered with a £995 fee, which is available up to 60% LTV to both homebuyers and remortgagers. The product has a maximum loan size of £500,000.
AFI is also launching a two-year fix at 85% LTV, which has a rate of 4.19% and a £995 fee. The deal is available to both homebuyers and remortgagers.
