A two-year fix at 2.49% up to 75% LTV will be available for seven days from Friday 1 March as part of a special promotion. The product is available to both homebuyers and remortgage customers.
The lender will cut rates on mortgage products across its range at the same time.
This includes a three-year fix at 2.64% up to 70% LTV and a five-year fix at 3.39% up to 75% LTV. Both products come with a £995 fee, although fee free equivalents are also available.
The move follows a similar promotion by Abbey at the start of December.
