Reporting to estate agency group chief executive David Plumtree, Miles (pictured) brings over 30 years experience in estate agency and financial services to the role.
Miles will be focused on the firm’s mortgage provision via its estate agency branches with key responsibility for driving sales and customer service.
His C.V lists a number of senior roles overseeing estate agency, lettings and mortgage operations.
“I am delighted to take on the role of mortgage services managing director for the group’s estate agency business,” said Miles. “Connells has shown a notable commitment to its mortgage business in recent years and made significant investment in expanding its headcount.”
Plumtree said: “David’s experience within estate agency based mortgage services and general understanding of outstanding customer service will be key to further improving the overall productivity of the mortgage service we offer through our national network of branches.”
