Fraudsters have targeted Network Financial, misusing its brand name and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) authorisation details.
The scam organisations are using the Financial logo, address and FCA and Companies House authorisation details to produce fictitious loan agreements and potential job offers.
Financial said it can confirm that it does not lend money to consumers and is not providing any such lending facilities.
The network said it has taken the “necessary action” to alert the appropriate authorities in order to protect consumers.
“If any borrowers are offered loans pertaining to come from Financial Ltd or fictitious job offers these should be rejected immediately and the incident reported to the police and any correspondence forwarded to report.fraud@financial.ltd.uk,” the network said.
