Precise reshuffles senior management ahead of MCD
Precise Mortgages has reshuffled its senior management team to gear up for the arrival of the Mortgage Credit Directive (MCD) and its plans to innovate in second-charge lending.

Roger Morris (pictured), sales director for residential and buy-to-let mortgages, is now also overseeing the second-charge sales team taking over from Simon Carr.

Managing director of Precise Mortgages Alan Cleary said: “Given that Roger is sales director for residential and buy-to-let lending and pretty much knows every intermediary in the industry it makes sense that he takes up responsibility for the second charge sales team as well.”

Carr, formerly director of secured loans, has been appointed sales development director and will work closely with Cleary across all lending product lines on strategic projects as well as helping with the implementation of the MCD.

Precise Mortgages first launched into the secured loan market in December 2013. In February this year the lender developed a new range of loans for its master broker panel with loan sizes ranging from £30,000 to £200,000.
