Unlocking the assets of neurodiversity – join free April webinar
Following the Diversity and Inclusivity Finance Forum (DIFF) Leadership and Executive events on disability, Diversity and Ability speakers Adam Hyland and Roxanne Steel will be hosting a free webinar in April to further education on this topic for industry members.

To make neurodiversity inclusion a core part of your company’s success, register here to join an exclusive industry event: Unlocking the assets of neurodiversity on Wednesday 19 April from 1-2pm.

The event will deliver tangible strategies to support neurodiverse candidates into the workplace and then thrive.

The team behind Diversity and Ability will combine lived experience of disablement with professional expertise in dismantling structural barriers, to deliver training that makes a difference.

It said: “When we talk about unlocking the assets of neurodiversity, we’re talking about an acknowledgement that neurodiversity inclusion isn’t just about the right thing to do, it’s about celebrating the diversity of thought and innovations that neurodiversity brings to our work and lives.”

Attendees will leave the webinar with:

• An understanding of the benefits of celebrating diversity and promoting inclusion.
• Enhanced knowledge of how to reduce the barriers and ensure neurodiversity is welcomed and included within your organisation.
• Greater confidence in discussing adjustments with neurodiverse colleagues and employees in a supportive manner.

Adam Hyland, director of accessibility and inclusion at Diversity and Ability, said: “Being part of the DIFF Leadership Masterclass showed me a room full of people who saw the urgency of our societal need to move from smallprint inclusion to the truly inclusive practices that will make a difference to our inclusion, equity, diversity and success. I’m excited to continue this conversation and work with a group of individuals who are clearly ready to take their inclusion work to the next gear.”

Register here for the online event.
