Mortgage and protection advice firm 1st Call 4 Mortgages has launched a careers website for brokers to streamline its recruitment process.
The website will give mortgage and protection advisers an insight into the company’s culture, training and career opportunities. It is also expected to increase the firm’s online presence.
1st Call 4 Mortgages operates on a self-employed model and is open to new and experienced mortgage and protection or protection-only advisers.
It has advisers covering the UK, including Belfast, Surrey, London, Northampton and Yorkshire and the Humber.
The company recently appointed Christopher Hall as its director of training and recruitment, with a mandate to support its growth strategy.
Hall said: “1st Call 4 Mortgages’ commitment to excellence extends beyond our client services; it encompasses our dedication to building a talented, diverse, and highly skilled team of advisers. The launch of our career’s website marks a significant milestone in our efforts to attract high quality mortgage and protection professionals to join our team.
“We believe in providing fulfilling careers, and this platform will serve as a gateway for individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients.”
