Several mortgage lenders are said to be considering directing more of their funds towards the burgeoning buy-to-let market.
The Mortgage Works and BM Solutions continued to dominate this sector of the market in 2012 although several smaller lenders made inroads into the market over the course of the year.
As part of buy-to-let week on Mortgage Solutions, this week’s People’s Poll asks if brokers think new entrants would boost the sector or whether the existing lenders are already doing enough.
