The deals, which will be available until close of business on 30 May 2013, are both five-year fixed rate products with no fee. The 70% loan-to-value deal has a rate of 2.99% and the 75% LTV a rate of 3.19%.

The intermediary lender has also reduced rates on a number of two-year products at 70% and 75% LTV. These include a two-year fixed rate 70% LTV product at 2.24% with a £1,249 fee and a two-year tracker 75% LTV product at 2.59% with a £995 fee.
