Brightstar’s high net worth distributor, Sirius Property Finance, which launched in October, has recruited three team members and moved to a larger London office.
Sirius Private Clients serves high-net-worth individuals looking for loans of over £1m for UK properties. The team sources and arranges buy-to-let deals, residential and commercial mortgages and development and bridging loans.
Robert Heywood has joined bringing complex deal experience and contacts gained from roles as both a business development manager for specialist lenders and as a commercial and development finance broker.
Neil Chambers has also joined the Sirius team moving from Brightstar’s associated regulated mortgage division, Bright Mortgage Services.
Neil has previously worked for London-based high net worth brokerages, is one of the top performers within the Brightstar Group and will offer an excellent understanding of the residential mortgage market as well as the investment and development sectors.
Finally, ex-teacher Leoni Alexandrou has joined the business to support the sales team administratively and technically at their offices on Royal Exchange Avenue.
Sirius director Robert Collins (pictured) said: “We started this business with the clear intention of recruiting the leading professionals within the London market and I believe the team that we have put together are a match for anyone in the market – and the new offices gives us a great base and scope for more growth in numbers.”
