Finova hires Sprake as head of business development
Mortgage software provider Finova has appointed Sasha Sprake as head of business development within its Finova Connect arm.

The Finova Connect side of the business comprises services which aim to strengthen the relationship between brokers and lenders and includes Payment and Mortgage Services, broker verification and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) data distribution. 

Sprake’s role will include growing the business’ broker ID and spectrum data management (SDM) propositions and continue to work within the Payment and Mortgage Services division. 

The company’s SDM proposition collects raw data from the FCA register which can be used by financial services for compliance. The broker ID platform helps lenders onboard advisers. 

Sprake joined Finova Payment and Mortgage Services in 2021 as mortgage club manager. In this role, she managed the daily operations of the club and oversaw working relationships with lenders, partners and members. 

Her previous experience includes two years at Twenty7Tec, where she was most recently advertising and product display sales manager and almost two years at OMS where she was an IT support assistant.
