London-based advisory firm LDNfinance has appointed David Gissing (pictured) as specialist finance adviser on its specialist finance department.
Gissing previously worked at London Mortgage Partners for around three years, initially joining as a senior mortgage adviser before working his way up to group head sales and mortgage partner.
Before that he worked at Embrace Financial Services for around three years as a mortgage broker and protection specialist. LDNfinance said that Gissing had “extensive experience” in residential, high value and buy-to-let mortgage as well as complex specialist facilities.
The firm added that he brought an “acute client knowledge of complex income structures, especially of those employed in creative industries”.
LDNfinance has been growing over the past year, with 13 hires in the past 12 months and the launch of its sister brand LDN Private Clients.
Chris Oatway, LDNfinance’s chief executive, said: “I’m delighted that David has joined our team. He’s hungry for new opportunities and the multitude of complex enquiries we receive will no doubt provide him with something to get his teeth stuck in to! His experience to date will no doubt complement our advisers, it’s a pleasure to have him on board.”
Gissing added: “I’m delighted to be joining the team at LDNfinance. I have been aware of the impact created by the specialist department for a while now, and am thrilled to be joining their award-winning team.”
