She will report to Matt Hall, The Right Mortgage’s head of audit and supervision.
Measures will have the responsibility of working with member firms to ensure they are compliant and confident with the systems and processes they use with clients.
Measures has worked across the financial services sector including at Believe Money Group as a compliance officer and an adviser supervisor at Age Partnership.
She has also worked as a self-employed mortgage and protection adviser.
Ben Allen, compliance director at The Right Mortgage, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Joanne as our newest compliance manager, especially considering the huge amount of experience she has, which has been developed in a significant number of roles within the financial services industry.
“It is rare to have someone who has worked within distribution businesses, who has been an adviser herself, and who understands our sector so fully, to be available for hire, but it’s very much to the benefit of all at The Right Mortgage, and our members, that she is now employed within the business.”
